General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is good to know that you are better & have stopped the medicine. However, you are suggested to get follow up clinical examination if you feel the symptoms again to get it treated at the earliest. Physical therapy is recommended under a PT. Get hearing tests balance tests done to stay on the safer side. Avoid alcohol, MSG (monosodium glutamate), chocolate & caffeine. Cut on salt intake. Take rest if symptoms arise. Avoid stress & anxiety.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
