Suggest Treatment For Morgellons Disease

now that Morgellons disease has been cleared of a real illnessinstead of delusional parasitosis are there any guidelines for treatment my skin has gotten so bad with lesions on the bottoms of my feet that are erupting. It is in my nails and toes and my face. I am in so much pain amount of the things with no energy please help
