Suggest Treatment For Motor Neuron Disease

hi, my uncle is suffering from Motor Neuron disease / ALS. He has been diagnosed nearly a year back. His right arm is not functioning as he has lost control of muscles...it has now come on the left arm too whereby his muscles are weakening slowly. is there any study / treatment??
