Suggest Treatment For Numbness Or Tingling In The Hands

I work in a hospital, while doing a sit to stand transfer with a 600 lb male, he put a lot of his weight onto my outstretched arm and now I have burning between the shoulder blades, numbess, tingling in the ulnar side of my left hand upon elbow flexion. what could this be?

Hi,

Once X-ray and MRI can be done to rule out any severity, treatment options are rest, ice, elevation can be helpful in some cases, analgesic, compression (bandage etc.) but orthopedic can diagnose exactly cause (CST therapy can help).
