Suggest Treatment For OCD Despite Taking Zoloft And Abilify

My room mate is a 60 year old male & has Covered up his Chronic OCD for years.In the last four years he has tryed quite a few druds.Now he is on 200mg Zoloft & 100 abiltfy.Also Adivan 4 times a day & Phenobarbitol that was for his stomach.Nothing seems to work.AdvBrettise ?

psychiatric reassessment is necessary.for resistant ocd risperidone with sertraline or fluoxamine/clomipramine is a good choice.consult your psychiatrist.thanks
