Suggest Treatment For OCD

i am Radheshyam Saraf from Kolkata ,my wife Gita Saraf aged 67 suffering from OCD , since last 16 yrs.,recently she feels herself that she is dirty and no body should touch her , and whatever comes in her touch/contact she wants all the things to be get washed, until unless it get washed she feels restless andget agressive,Please advice

Please mention the treatment history and response to treatment. Also what was the course of her illness during last 16yrs.?
OCD is a chronic disabling disorder and complete remission may or may not be seen that too only with medications.
The choice of drug at present will depend on the earlier response and severity of symptoms.
