Suggest Treatment For PCOD And Obesity

Hi, I am suffering from PCOD and obesity. i have already done my lapro and taken medicated treatments, my AMH and LH level is little higher, i have visited a new doc and he has prescribed me with ovacare forte A+B and Obimet SR1000, what are the uses of this and will i conceive with this...please help.
