Suggest Treatment For PCOD, Pain During Periods And Weight Gain

Hello Dr. Good Morning. My age is 35. I have one kid (4yrs). After my delivery i got my periods 5 months latter,then i got it every month in cycle for four months. From fifth month i got pain on periods time. After all scanning i come to know that i have a PCOD problem. Before marriage i never face this problem but now because of this i am gaining a weight and painful periods with over bleeding. Because of what i am facing this problem?. How can i get well from this?. Please help.
