Hello,
Thanks for writing to us. I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Your endometrial thickness is suggestive of unopposed estrogen action. In this situation, a period should be induced using hormones. A few courses of hormones are prescribed to set the cycles on track. Proper clinical evaluation along with hormone profile, sonogram of the pelvis preferably in the trans-vaginal route, serum DHEAS level, AMH titre, insulin resistance test and antral follicular count should be done. Metformin is useful to overcome insulin resistance and achieve spontaneous ovulation. Maintenance of a healthy weight, regular exercise and a healthy diet are was essential. Hope this helps.
