Hi,
In the current scenario, you have very good chances of conceiving with little assistance. As of now, ovulation has not occurred. Please get follicular studies done during one cycle, if you have regular cycles, to ascertain the ovulation status. Meanwhile, please maintain a healthy weight, regular exercise and a healthy diet. Priming of the ovaries may be done with low doses of dexamethasone before using drugs to induce ovulation. Alternatively, Metformin may also be used to induce natural ovulation by treating insulin resistance, usually coexisting in PCOD. This can be followed up with Clomiphene. Hope this helps.
