General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The usual medications include:
1. Clomiphene (Clomid)
2. Letrozole (Femara)
3. Metformin (Glucophage, Fortamet, others)
4. Gonadotropins
Other measures include an increase in physical activity, shed extra kilos, to balance carb and protein intake, have plenty of fibers, increase magnesium intake and to cut on coffee, alcohol and smoking.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family Physician
