hello doctor, i m suffering for PCOD. Through allophatic medication and treatment i conceived and delivered baby four years ago. after delivery i naturally got my periods after five months.but then PCOD issues started again. i took homeopathy treatment for PCOD but not much difference. i get my periods once in 2 months. should i take m2 tone and hynoidd for PCOS and in what dosage. presently i m on evecare.plz help
The usual medications include: 1. Clomiphene (Clomid) 2. Letrozole (Femara) 3. Metformin (Glucophage, Fortamet, others) 4. Gonadotropins Other measures include an increase in physical activity, shed extra kilos, to balance carb and protein intake, have plenty of fibers, increase magnesium intake and to cut on coffee, alcohol and smoking.
