Suggest Treatment For PCOD

i am 23years old,my height is 5feet,and weight is 54kg,and i had a poblem of pollysistic ovary.I had unprotected sex(many times) before 1year.I had taken unwanted 72 for 3 to 4 times. But last time when i have taken unwanted 72, after few days i was bleeding for 3days but my period was normal.After that i never do sex and never take any pill and i never see any this type of abnormal bleeding. Is this normal? And i want to know is there any difficulties that i have to face when i want to pregnant in future?
