Suggest Treatment For PCOD

my wife has gone through hysteroscopic polypectomy with pcod drilling and ga, she was suffering from grade 1 endometeorisis with intrauterine polyp with pcod.She also has a blocade in one of her fallopian tubes and has prescribed lupride injection once in a month for next six months.Kindly let me know the use of this medicine and wether she will be able concieve and when. She had cyst and a mole which according to doctor has been removed. she got operated on 7th july2010.Also kindly tell me what is the right time for intercourse

She is aged 35 and had her abortion 6 years ago
