Suggest Treatment For PCOD
Hello Doctor i have a PCOD problem...My periods are irregular. Nowadays i am taking ovural -l.If i stop that i am not getting my periods.. shall i take metformin along with ovural-l.. Suppose if i take both the tablets for my lifetime i will face any problem..please advice?

You don't have to take Ovral L for lifetime. This treatment is taken for just a few months of, on a stretch only taken for 2 years and not more than that.
Can also be healed with diet changes, lifestyle changes, self-care, and Detoxification.
