Hi,
PCOS is a hormone-related condition and a proper evaluation is needed before further management can be planned as each person suffering from this condition needs specific approach, not a general one. A complete clinical evaluation, trans-vaginal sonogram, hormone profile, serum DHEAS levels, AMH levels, glucose tolerance, urinalysis and blood counts should be done to assess the nature and severity of the hormone defect. You can continue with treatment with periodic monitoring once treatment strategy is scheduled. Please maintain a healthy BMI, regular exercise and a healthy diet. Once the cycles are set on track, you can get treated for inducing ovulation. Hope this helps.
