Suggest Treatment For PCOS And Irregular Periods

ok so I have pcos. I ve always had irregular periods since 9 when I first got it. although these past couple of months its been on point. now me and my boyfriend had been having unprotected sex for a month now. I got my period last month on the 28 and it only lasted till Thursday. we had sex before during and after. so Sunday we had sex and I bled. Monday I woke up with lots of cramps and was bleeding light pink. it lasted till Tuesday and got darker. went away Wednesday but came back Thursday and its still happenie ng. I m scared I m bleeding / spotting darkish now. I don t know if I could be pregnant but losing it. help me please
