Later after few dats went to doctor and decognised with hypothyroidism and I was shocked and sad. So I was continuing with English medicine though as same it worked only when taken. Gained lot of weight, 59 kgs with 4.9ft height. Facial hair.. Now today doctor suggested my hyponidd, please help if its good can I go with it. And also pls help if its help in weight loss and facial hair problems. Many thanks, Divya
Both hypothyroidism and PCOS/PCOD require medications to be taken as long as the condition is present and in the case of PCOS/PCOD, until your menstrual cycle returns to normal.
So please do not discontinue taking the medications prescribed, and yes hyponoid is a good medication please take it without hesitation.
As for weight gain, this is a symptom of both hyppthyroidism and PCOS/PCOD and will neutralize as and when the conditions are well-controlled but of course with a good diet and exercise regimen.
Best wishes.
