hello doc im sana im suffering from pcos for almost 2 yrs know i had seen many doc i did the treatment but its not getting cured im overweight(92 kgs) im only 24 yrs nd know recently im suffering from heavy stomach for 2-3 days like if i sit aur just stand up i frequently need to pee i also have piles its worst from few days i really need help
As per my clinical experience, the weight gain with frequent urination and polycystic ovarian syndrome do indicate matter of concern in this regard. The basic pathology behind this is usually insulin resistance and raised levels of FSH, LH by hormone axis alterations.
The metformin is best drug to control the symptoms after clinical assessment and evaluation. Addition of regular aerobics, diet control and weight reduction are of paramount importance in this case.
