General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Do you have a regular menstrual cycle?. A normal ovulation is necessary for conception. Metformin therapy and liraglutide injections will be helpful in your case. This might help you to normalize it. Clomiphene therapy will help in ovulation also. If that is not helping then laparoscopic drilling of ovaries by an experienced gynecologist will help you concieve. Get a consultation with infertility specialist. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
