Suggest Treatment For PCOS
Hi, so my question is about pcos, I m 19 and the only thing my gp has offered me for my pcos is the pill, and I don t feel like I am getting the best treatment right now! I would like to know if there is any other medication I can suggest to my doctor? ( even though she doesn t seem willing to give me anything but the pill) what I m really wanting is something that will make me ovulate. I am not looking to get pregnant any time soon but do want children one day. Also is there any reason my doctor would only be willing to give me the pill?

The doctor is giving you contraception pills to avoid ovulation and to not have more pain from PCOS. There is no other cure for it.
