Suggest Treatment For PCOS

Hi I have pcos. I m on my diet for past one and half month and taking fresh pomegranate juice everyday morning past 20 days. I started bleeding past 30 days and still it s bleeding.at the beginning I was bleeding big clots and dark and color but now small clots and morning time alone. To be noted my last periods was on March end 2016. I have lost 3 kgs in one month as on diet. Pls let me if I becoming normal???

Hi,

It is good that you are targeting an ideal body weight.
As there is hormonal imbalance associated with increased androgen levels, there is irregular and heavy bleeding associated with PCOS.
Kindly see your gynecologist immediately so that you can be taken on HRT (Hormone replacement therapy), metformin and other specific options so that your hormonal imbalance is alleviated.
