Suggest Treatment For PCOS

I am suffering from PCOS from last year thus for some months doctor kept me on birth control pills as i was not ready for pregnancy .From the month of November doctor started giving me Ovaa Shield i had it in the month of November and got my period after 30 days .December I didn't had the tablet as i was not able to consult the doctor in my period time .Thus Doctor prescribed me again Ovaa shield for next six months as i was moving out of country . After having tablet in January i got my periods after 30 days and i had the tablet in February also and my periods were due 23rd February but till today i didn't get my periods thus today morning i have done UPT it came negative. What is the reason of the delayed period??...Am i pregnant or not ??
