Suggest Treatment For PCOS

I got some urinalysis, then it shown that my pus cells is 10/12 and the infection is moderate. As said by the doctor here in our school after a week i should take another urinalysis til' the result is getting better. pho
Also it requires me to do a trans-vaginal ultrasound, it results that my ovary has been enlarged and some kind of poly cystic w/c means poly cystic ovary syndrome so does it mean that i got a cyst? i'm scared with all of that illness, i'm just 19.
