Suggest Treatment For PCOS

hi my name is christina i am 29 yrs old i have polycystic ovaries. i have recently found out that i have a 7 cm cyst on my right ovary that was 2 weeks ago it may have gotten bigger. i dont have insurance and my only pain relief is if i go to the er. im tired of going there because i think they are labeling me as a drug seeker when im not. im in serious pain and noone will help me. i have tried otc medicines and they dont help
