Suggest Treatment For PCOS

i have pcos and i have had my period now for a little over two months now.. my doctor has put my on provera and birth control pills but nothing seems to work.... i have contraction like pain in my lower stomach.. i really dont know what else to do.. im in so much pain right now from the cist. what should i do next?
