Suggest Treatment For PCOS

I have not have had my period in 1 year. I am in no way shape or form pregnant for I am with a female. I went to the doctor and they said I had polycystic ovarian syndrome , but I have no signs or symptoms of it. They also said my ovaries are swollen. What is wrong with me?
