Suggest Treatment For PCOS

I had my periods last on 6th august, and then had protected intercourse on 15th august...I missed my periods. I checked a doctor got a urine test done 3 times but all were negative. Around 17th september got ultrasound done,diagnosed with polycystic ovary,no symptom of pregnancy mentioned. On 18th sept I got bl;ood stains and then got nothing.Am I pregnant?
