Suggest Treatment For PMS Like Stomach Cramps And Bloating

i had an ectopic pregnancy over 12 months ago while i underwent surgery i was clamped at the same time. every month a week before my period i suffer from, severe stomach cramps & pains, bloating, nausea, upset stomach and low sugar levels. As i am no longer on the pill anymore do i need to be taking somethng to replace the hormones or is there anything i can do to ease these symptoms?
