Suggest Treatment For Parkinson's Disease

Dear sir, my father suffering from Parkinson decease last 15 year and now he is totally bad condition and can t walk with anybody support,he can t sleep at night and also difficulties in passing urine. now he is taking syn dopa 275my, thrice in a day, when the power of the medicine goes end he is suffering like anything......can u suggest me the propera and effective alternative medicine. waiting for your response. pradeep kumar
