Suggest Treatment For Parkinson's Disease

My father age 76, has jerky movements of hands, and sometimes has the tendency to fall backward, Dr Arul Mozhi from Bilroth diagnosed it as Parkinson's disease and has been treating him with Syndopa and parkitidin, for the past 6 months. There is no improvement. He wants to see another doctor. Please help
