Suggest Treatment For Pilonidal Cyst

Hello,i was diagnosed with Pilonidal cyst and it secretes a redish liquid. I also have a nazal staphylococcus aureus witch may have started this and i m currently treating it localy with Sterimar and Ciprofloxacina. What antibiotic should i try to cure this things?
