Suggest Treatment For Pseudomonas Putida Infection

My son's pediatrician said his test results show a bacteria called pseudomonas putida. He says he is not familiar with how to treat him without hospitalizing him. He wants to first refer us to an ENT doctor? any advice or knowledge of how to treat an 11 month old?

We have to see, what is the body site from which the organism is recovered?
A repeat culture and sensitivity is mandatory in case any unusual organism from a particular body site is reported. Treatment will be decided as per the sensitivity report, if it is a pathogen.
