Suggest Treatment For Psoriasis

Thank you, my 83 yr old mom has recently been experiencing a diagnosis of psoriasis (sp) but has also been having yellowish bowel movements. Losing weight, nausea and extreme fatigue and weakness, dizziness. Refuses to eat much or drink any water, just coffee. I am sure some dehydration is involved.

hi. I have read your question and understand your concern.

I would like to know how was psoriasis diagnosed. was a biopsy done. because the symptoms that you have mentioned ( loss of appetite, weight loss) at the age of 83 yrs, these could very well be of some malignancy. and the skin lesions could be of paraneoplastic nature.

also the age of onset (83) is quite late for psoriasis.

I suggest you get a biopsy of skin lesion by a dermatologist. only consider it as psoriasis after the report.

hope this helps. for any further questions please get back to us. thanks.
