Suggest Treatment For RLS

I have restless legs syndrome. I don t drink, smoke, or eat chocolate. I m currently taking requip 3mg tabs, 1 1/2 tabs per day. I m getting breakthrough symptoms during the day. I ve just had my 4th lumbar back surgery so my exercise will gradually pick up in the coming weeks. The RLS is making me miserable almost round the clock. I m pacing the floor as I type this. I ve tried Gabapentin in the past and it actually worsened my symptoms. The same thing happened with Neupro patches.

dopamine agonist can be tried. other wise symptomatic treatment can be taken. naturopathy and some home remedy may help.yoga and meditation can come to your rescue.
