Suggest Treatment For Severe Factor Xii Deficiency

If your factor xii assay results are .26 with a normal given as .6-1.5, what is the severity of the deficiency? In discussions on factor xii deficiency I find it often addresses it as severe factor xii deficiency or moderate without defining what range is considered severe or moderate? Given this result, what range would it fall under?
