Hello,
Unfortunately, the outlook for pelvic infection with tuberculosis is not so welcome in view of fertility status. Though endothelial involvement with the infection may determine the extent of tubal damage, tubal motility may be impaired so as to effect proper conception and implantation. In addition, the presence of polycystic ovaries could mean improper ovulation. Together, the prognosis for natural conception is not too good. Yet, you can get a proper assessment once you get complete cure and all necessary investigations are through. Hope this helps.
