Suggest Treatment For TB Of Bones

my name is mohammed n islam im writing abt my brother.. he is suffering from bone tb in his right ankle more than a year now, he had a fracture before than it got cured but afterwords it started swollen and every now and then he feels pain he went to numerious doctors and did xrays doctotors now telling him his blood uric acid is way high and its a case of bone tb since then he is taking medication and doctors told him he had to continue medication for long time to get cured my question is weather there is any alternate solution for that or any other medication because its alraedy been ?long
