Suggest Treatment For TICS

i am suffering from TICS from last 3 years, on neck in left side a nerve twitches regularly, causing irritation, stiffness in neck and upper back and shoulders.. This is less if you are cooking, talking to people and out of house with some family member. Took allopathic medicines for few years and stopped for about last 1 year. Now again for last few weeks it increased and become very difficult and symptoms reappeared. Pl. advise.
