Suggest Treatment For TMJ,lower Back Pain And Pain In Chest

Hello, I'm 28 years old and for the last two years I have had heart palpitations and they seem to be getting worse. I have chronic pain in my chest and left arm. I have had an EKG three times all came out normal. Also I wore a monitor for 48 hours have not gotten the results and I'm scheduled for an ultra sound soon. Everything seems to be normal and there is no history in my family of heart disease but I was an ex smoker. I have been recently diagnosed with TMJ which I related to the arm pain and chest pain. Also I being treated for lower back pain and leg pain from my pain management DR and I have Asthma all my life. Should I be terribly concerned that I have heart disease?
