Suggest Treatment For URTI With Burning Sensation In Chest

I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection last Friday. Now instead of my chest feeling like its on fire every time I cough it has now traveled into the back of my right leg. Please explain to me why this is happening and what I can do about it. Thank you

Understand your concern
You are suffering fromURTI with Acidity/indigestion problem

Advice:
Antibiotics: Amoxiclav
Tablet Dan-P
Tablet prednisolone if severe
Drink plenty of warm water
Use humidifier
Gargling with warm salted water
Proper rest with isolation
Avoid to go in congested area or wear mask
Tablet strepsils
Tablet Pantoprazole
Do betadine gargle 3-4 time/day.
Complete rest
complete the full treatment
