Suggest Treatment For UTI After Having Unprotected Sex

Few days back I had an unprotected sex and it was my 1st time that I had sex without protection but after 3days I suffered from Uti infection I took antibiotics for 2 weeks but still i feel lil bit of sensation while passing urine or anytime of the day what can be done right now ??
