Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Increased frequency of urination, lower abdominal pain, and pain during urination can be due to urinary tract infection (UTI). I suggest you get a urine routine and urine culture with sensitivity.

I addition, I suggest you consult a urologist and get a pelvic ultrasound and serum level of prostatic specific antigen (PSA).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
