Hi . Just had an abortion two weeks ago . And Ive been having problems with my vagina and i got an infection the doctors said UTI and Vagintis . But i just saw greenish , yellowish discharge and Ive only had two sex partners for the past 3 months , He used protection without no busting or nothing or ejaculating . And the other partner im his first and i know he doesnt have anything . What should i do
These symptoms are suggestive of uroinfection and this is common in your age and usually is manifested with pain during urination, fever, and changes in urination frequency.
Also, blood traces may be present in urine which can have odor or color change.
Other common causes are urinary stones. Diagnosis is established by doing urine analysis and urinoculture and after this antibiotic treatment may be started if necessary.
If there is negative urine analysis then you should do an ultrasound of kidneys to check for stones.
You should drink plenty of fluids and take raspberry tea or juice to promote urination.
