Suggest Treatment For UTI In A Child

hi doctor, my 11 months baby affected by urine infection of pus cells of 20-25 hpf. doctor have given amekacin antibiotic and cefolac syrup. now his condition is normal but the doctor suggest me to do some test like MCUS, DMSA for kidney, USG for the KUB and urine culture and routine. What should I do?????

I really appreciate your concern, if this was the urinary Tract infection then underlying cause of it need to be known and hence such test being advised, hope this information helps.
