General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

All the symptoms you have mentioned suggestive of UTI(Urinary tract infection) which shows poor response to treatment. It has to be evaluated and treated properly to avoid unwanted complications.
It is not a medical emergency and urgent ER visit is not needed.
I suggest you to consult a general practitioner and get the following things done:-
(1)- Do a urine routine and culture and sensitivity test. Bases on the results we can choose the best antibiotics for you.
(2)- Antibiotic therapy is essential,it can be oral or intravenous depending upon the severity of the disease and culture reports.
(3)- You can take acetaminophen and ibuprofen for pain and fever.
(4)- Drink plenty of water to keep your self hydrated.
(5)- Check your blood sugar level to rule out diabetes.tic
(6)- You can have cranberry juice which act as a urinary antiseptic.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
Dr.Shinas Hussain
