Suggest Treatment For UTI Infection In An Elderly Person

My 87 year old mother had a UTI and just finished a regimen of Keflex about 1 week ago. She now has symptoms of yeast infection. She has heart problems and takes 400 mg per day of Multaq. The yeast infection is driving her crazy with the burning and pain. Info on drug medications says that there is a serious interaction with monistat 7 and Multaq. What can she take to help with the yeast infection?
