Suggest Treatment For UTI

I have had a UTI for the past three days (over a Holiday weekend, meaning my doctor's office and pharmacy have been closed). I have noticed some "stringy" blood in my urine and recently passed a nickel-size clump of blood while urinating. What does this mean?
