Suggest Treatment For Unmyelinated Nerve Fibres

hello sir,

i have pain in the last spin rib bone so that i have pain in the leg till the foot from long back, our Dr use to take renerve injection as well some exercises. If take the injection the will pain subside for few months again i use to have the same pain, what is your suggestions for me? nerve-fibres-unmyelinated
