Suggest Treatment For Uveitis,Alopecia And Vitiligo

I have been diagnosed with Uveitis, Alopecia, Vitiligo, all within the past 9 months. The Vitiligo is manifesting itself with hair turining white. I feel lethargic at times and have periods of light headedness. I am 56 years old, 270 lbs., on medication for high blood pressure, cholesterol, type II diabetes. Doctors seem to sya the vast majority of my problems are from age and not to worry about it.
