Suggest Treatment For A ACL Tear

Hi , I have fallen down while playing and dr are saying ur ACL is torn due to which it need surgery. Can we cure that without surgery. Below is my report Findings: Menisci: Medial:     No tear. Lateral:     No tear.       Cruciate ligaments: ACL:          Diffuse interstitial tear at femoral attachment. Tibial attachment is           intact. PCL:          No tear. Collateral ligaments: Medial Collateral:     Grade I injury with periligamentous edema. Lateral Collateral:     Grade I injury with periligamentous edema.

can not cure without surgery. can restrict movement but your activity will be limited. result of surgery is also unpredictable.
